Introduction
These Terms of Service govern use of Yashariel accounts, online services and related official services. They are separate from the general Legal information, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Additional regional provisions may apply depending on your country or region, and mandatory local law remains unaffected.
Account Rules
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Account information must not be used to impersonate another person or evade restrictions.
Account Sharing, Sales and Transfers
Account sharing, account sales, account trading, account gifting and unauthorised account transfers are prohibited. A credible indication that an account has been transferred or compromised may result in an immediate temporary restriction on online access while the situation is reviewed. This temporary restriction is a protective measure and is not a final sanction by itself.
Approved Family Transfer
An officially approved family transfer may be permitted only through Yashariel Support and only where the required checks and applicable regional requirements are satisfied. Users must not attempt to perform such a transfer independently.
Game Purchase
A purchase applies to the edition, platform access and entitlements shown at the time of purchase. Purchase confirmation and account ownership records may be used to verify access.
Buy Once – Own Forever
The confirmed Yashariel business model is Buy once – own forever. A valid purchase is not a recurring subscription to keep ownership of the purchased game edition. Online services and third-party platform availability remain subject to service availability, the rules below and applicable law.
Game Ownership
Game ownership and access are associated with the purchasing or redeeming account according to the applicable purchase or code. Ownership information may include edition, purchase date and platform access.
Online Access
Online access may require an active Yashariel account, supported platform, compatible client, network connection and compliance with these Terms. Access can be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security or a credible investigation of abuse.
Future Offline Access
A future offline-access solution may be introduced as part of Yashariel’s long-term planning. Its technical implementation and timing remain subject to development and are not guaranteed by these Terms until formally released.
Purchase Codes
Game and promotional codes may be single-use and can become permanently associated with the account that redeems them. Users are responsible for checking that they are signed in to the intended account before redemption.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, applicable consumer law and the refund rules shown for the relevant transaction. Mandatory statutory refund or withdrawal rights are not waived by these Terms.
Payments
Payments must use authorised payment methods and accurate payment information. Payment providers may apply separate terms and verification requirements.
Payment Fraud
Stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials must not be used. Where there is a credible suspicion of payment fraud, online access may be temporarily restricted immediately while the case is reviewed. Confirmed fraud may lead to further account measures. In particularly serious cases—such as identity theft, stolen payment credentials, repeated or high-value fraud, organised fraud, multiple affected payment accounts or coordinated abuse—relevant information may be shared with payment providers, banks, card issuers, financial institutions or competent authorities where legally permitted or required. This does not mean every suspected case is automatically reported to authorities.
Community Conduct
Users must not use Yashariel services to harass, threaten, deceive, exploit or unlawfully harm other users. Community-specific rules may also apply on any official external community platform.
Cheating
Cheats, unauthorised tools or methods that manipulate gameplay, progression, matchmaking, service integrity or other players’ experience are prohibited where they affect Yashariel services.
Exploit Abuse
Knowingly abusing bugs, exploits or unintended service behaviour to gain an unfair advantage, damage service integrity or harm other users may result in protective or enforcement measures. Good-faith bug reporting is not prohibited.
Bots
Unauthorised bots, automation or scripts that play, interact with, farm or manipulate Yashariel services on a user’s behalf are prohibited unless a specific use has been officially approved.
Accessibility Tools
Legitimate accessibility tools are not treated as prohibited automation merely because they assist a user. Accessibility needs should be considered separately from cheating or bot detection, and support can be contacted when a tool is incorrectly affected.
Security Attacks
Attempts to probe, disrupt, bypass, exploit or attack Yashariel accounts, infrastructure, authentication, payment, support or game services are prohibited.
Trading
In-game trading is permitted only where and in the form supported by the game systems. Players must not bypass restrictions intended to control binding, trade state or service integrity.
Real-Money Trading
Unauthorised sale or purchase of in-game items, currency, services or account access for real money outside approved systems is prohibited.
Unauthorised Modifications
Unauthorised modifications that interfere with game integrity, security or online services are prohibited. This does not change the treatment of legitimate accessibility tools described above.
Account Measures
Depending on the situation, Yashariel may use warnings, feature restrictions, temporary protective restrictions, suspensions or other proportionate account measures. A temporary protective restriction can be applied before a final decision where there is a credible security or fraud concern.
Appeals
Where an appeal or review process is available, account measures can be reviewed by Yashariel Support. Support decisions are reviewed by humans; automated spam or security filters may assist but do not make the final support decision.
Support
Support must be used lawfully and respectfully. False reports, harassment of support staff, attempts to manipulate verification or abuse support systems may lead to restrictions. Private support tickets, chats and attachments are not used for AI training or model improvement.
User Content
You must have the rights needed for content you submit. You remain responsible for submitted material and must not submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
Intellectual Property
Yashariel and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Yashariel intellectual property to users.
External Services
Third-party platforms, payment providers or external community services operate under their own terms in addition to applicable Yashariel rules.
Privacy
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Cookie and similar-technology controls are described in the Cookie Policy.
Regional Provisions
Language choice does not determine applicable law. Additional terms or consumer provisions may apply based on country or region, and mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service, game systems, legal requirements or business structure change. Material updates should be communicated where required by applicable law.
Termination
Users may stop using the service and may use the account-deletion process where available. Yashariel may terminate or restrict access where permitted by these Terms and applicable law. Some records may remain where legal retention duties continue.
Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
The applicable law depends on the relevant legal entity, contract and country or region. Website language alone does not determine governing law.
Disputes
Dispute procedures and available forums depend on the applicable contract and mandatory regional law. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
