COOKIE POLICY

Manage cookie preferences and understand which browser technologies Yashariel uses.

About Cookies

Cookies and similar browser technologies can store or read small pieces of information on your device. Yashariel separates these technologies into Necessary, Preferences, Analytics and Marketing categories so optional processing can be controlled.

Current Website Configuration

The current Yashariel public website code does not contain an active analytics or marketing integration. Optional analytics and marketing categories therefore remain inactive until an actual provider is implemented and the required consent controls are connected.

Cookie preferences on this page are saved locally in your browser so the interface can remember your choice. No third-party analytics or marketing provider is listed because none is currently active in the website code.

First Visit

On a first visit, the consent interface must present three equally visible choices: Accept all, Reject optional and Manage settings. Necessary technologies remain active where required; optional categories must not activate before the required consent is given.

Manage Settings

Each category shows its purpose, whether it is required or optional, the actual provider when one exists, data types, retention or duration where known, first- or third-party status, legal basis and a provider privacy link where applicable. Providers must not be invented or listed before they are actually used.

Saving Your Preferences

Changes inside Manage Settings are not active immediately. Select your choices and use Save settings. After a successful save, the page displays: “Cookie preferences updated.” The confirmation remains visible for about three seconds and can also be closed manually.

Reset to Default

Reset to default switches optional categories off in the interface. The reset does not become active until Save settings is selected.

Unsaved Changes

If you attempt to leave the page with unsaved cookie changes, you can choose Stay and save or Leave without saving. A language change is the exception: changing the website language discards unsaved cookie changes without showing this warning.

Optional Cookies and Website Functionality

Rejecting optional categories must not prevent access to core website content. Features that genuinely depend on an optional third-party service may remain unavailable until the relevant category is enabled.

Browser Controls

Most browsers provide controls for deleting or blocking cookies and site storage. Browser-level blocking can override website preferences and may affect features that rely on necessary local storage or cookies.

Third-Party Services

Third-party services must only be listed when they are actually integrated. Their own privacy and cookie terms apply to data they process, and links to those policies should be shown in Manage Settings where applicable.

International Processing

If an optional provider processes information internationally, the relevant privacy and transfer requirements for your country or region must be considered before that provider is activated.

Regional Rules

Cookie and consent requirements differ by country or region. The applicable legal version therefore depends on both your selected language and your country or region; language alone does not determine the legal rules that apply.
